My scenario:
I have 2 cargo ships in a fleet together and when adding an order (e.g. Load 5000kg Food) only the first cargo ship in the fleet loads the resource, forcing me to add a manual loop so that the second cargo ship gets loaded.
e: I do not know if this applies to unloading orders or to troop transports as well.
